Eliminate the restrictive stock intake heater grid.

Prevent excessive smoke, high exhaust gas and excessive intake temperatures.

Improve engine efficiency, increase turbo response, decrease EGT's.

Improve the air flow to the intake manifold for improved throttle response.

Simple upgrade with basic shop tools, no modification or tuning required.

Simple to reinstall stock heater during extreme cold weather for easy starting.

Two 1/4"NPT ports will increase boost by half a pound.

Pre-drilled and tapped for water injection/nitrous/pressure switches etc.

Include 2 replacement gaskets for convenient installation.

Installation Steps:

Disconnect battery. Loosen up 4 bolts around the intake elbow.

Loosen 2 terminals on the side of spacer.

Remove grid heater spacer and 2 gaskets.

Clean debris out, smooth surface by sandpaper.

Remove power cable of grid heater. Trace 2 heads of cable from spacer to solenoid.

Install grid delete spacer. Put 2 gaskets in the top and bottom of spacer.
